Hi! I’m Katrina (Kat) McArthur and I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) based in Grand Junction, Colorado. I specialize in working with women and those experiencing autoimmune diseases or chronic inflammation. I am currently accepting new clients for Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) massage and Reiki / Energy Work.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage
This type of massage is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that improves lymphatic circulation and reduces swelling, tension, and toxins in the body. It promotes overall health by boosting the immune system.

Reiki / Energy Work
This energy-work approach is used to find balance, relieve stress, and connect with divine intuition. Kat, an attuned and trained practitioner, will channel universal life force energy to help activate your body’s own healing mechanisms.

Swedish Massage
This type of massage is a classic technique that uses long, flowing strokes, as well as kneading, friction, and percussion to ease muscle tension and improve circulation. Combined with energy work, this style can improve relaxation, vitality, and balance.
